Inquiry Data Policy
We collect only the information needed to respond and assess a request. The initial inquiry row in the operational database is deleted through an internal procedure when its handling purpose ends; any row still present is automatically deleted 90 days after receipt.

01 / Principle
Only what the request requires
At the user's request, we process the information needed to respond, assess, quote, and take steps before entering a contract. A form cannot be submitted unless its notice has been acknowledged.

Operational rows: delete at purpose completion, automatically at day 90 if still present
The initial inquiry row visible in the operational database is deleted through an internal procedure when its handling purpose ends; any row still present is automatically deleted 90 days after receipt. An earlier request sent to [email protected] also applies to that operational row. This does not mean disaster-recovery copies such as backups, snapshots, or WAL are deleted immediately; separate rules for those copies are not yet settled.
04 / Operations
Operational alerts use minimal identifiers
Alerts that tell the operator a request arrived use only identifiers needed for handling, such as the request number, request type, and creation time. The request itself is reviewed in the designated handling interface.
05 / Contracts
Contract-record rules are set separately before signing
If a contract is signed, the proposal or agreement separately defines the fields, retention basis, period, and deletion method needed to perform it. Until then, an initial inquiry record is not automatically reclassified as a contract record.
06 / Choice
Acknowledgment and deletion requests
You may decline to acknowledge the notice, but the form cannot be submitted because the information is needed to respond. Questions or requests for earlier deletion can be sent by email.
