Our Mission
We focus on small changes in the field rather than grand problems. A long-running shop meeting one more new customer, an employee spending an hour less on repetitive work, someone getting a first useful result from AI — we believe these small changes add up to a better world. We read problems through data, apply AI only where it helps, and validate the work in the field.

Origin
Origin
SMK Labs began in 2026 alongside the OSonDauSon project. We built our own products across parenting, language, local markets, traditional drinks, and investing, and measured our own site's search and AI visibility. We now apply what we learned to small-business marketing and enterprise AI transformation.
