Planning, promotion, proposals, and workflow automation using only free AI tools. Each participant left with their own company blurb, social posts, a one-page proposal draft, and prompts for recurring tasks, plus a checklist on privacy, copyright, and fact-checking.

Building AI capability in public service — a learning cohort

Ten weekly two-hour sessions from May to July 2025. Participants were split across four tracks — workflow automation and reporting, chatbots and Q&A, documents and RAG, and broader AI adoption — and carried a six-week team project from topic selection through final presentation, with materials, assessment, and feedback provided.
