LDG Collection website implementation case

From a photo inquiry to a conversation

We connected service information and photo estimate inquiries for LDG Collection, a bag repair and making workshop. Customers submit photos and a description. Staff receive a submission notification, review the details and continue the consultation.

This case describes the implemented information, submission and notification flow. Customer photos and inquiry messages are not published here.

The customer inquiry flow

  1. Read the service information

Review repair and making services and decide what to ask.

  2. Send photos and a description

Describe the item's condition and attach photos to request an estimate.

  3. Record the inquiry and notify staff

The request is recorded and a Telegram notification is sent to staff.

  4. Staff review and respond

Staff review the submission and continue the necessary checks and consultation.

Submitting an inquiry starts a consultation. Submission alone does not confirm a price or whether the work is possible.

The website connects to the work after submission

Repair inquiries need photos and a description. The website connects the information a customer reads with the materials staff review.

Information that explains the services
The website presents the workshop's services and inquiry path. Customers can read the information and then open the photo estimate form.
Estimate inquiries with photos
We implemented a form for describing the condition of an item with photos and text. The submission provides materials to review during the consultation.
Submission notifications for staff
Website submissions are connected to Telegram notifications. The operator confirmed receipt of actual inquiry notifications. Staff then review the details and continue the consultation.
Development beyond the form
The implementation includes submission records and staff notifications as well as the form. For other businesses, we first review the materials needed and the staff review process.

Where automation meets human judgment

This case covers the implementation of submissions and notifications. Staff review and consultation determine repair feasibility and cost.

Receiving inquiries is distinct from revenue results. This is not presented as a measured improvement in search rankings, inquiry conversion rates or revenue.
